Macbook Air M2 running Omarchy

I truly didn't believe it could be done, i haven't touched a Linux distro since 2018, i new that somewhere along the install process i would fall into the dark abyss of the tty, linux configs and commands, i had long forgotten.

Omarchy Linux on Macbook Air M2

But here we are, running Omarchy on my 8GB MB Air with a M2 chip, after about an hour of setup and install. Apart from fumbling a bit with the boot into Arch and get online part, my fault, the rest of the process was fairly straightforward.

All thanks to the installer and the detailed instructions on omarchy-mac repo

It's not perfect, i got a few erros of stuff that did not build. but after using it for a few days the things that are missing or dont work as expected are minor and dont set you back in using it for everything, at least on my setup.

I'm writing this post on Omarchy, its 11pm its dark and i miss the keyboard backlight. But this distro rocks, i'm falling in love with Linux again.
